Provide tier II network support for clients with managed support contracts. Manage, diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site and over the phone by using advanced remote management tools.
Essential Job Functions:
Excellent remote troubleshooting and communication skills. Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain Wide Area and Local Area Networks (WAN/LAN). Experience with the following technologies required: Routing and Switching, Network Security, TCP/IP, VMWare Server Virtualization, Microsoft Client/Server.
Applicable degree or 3+ years of experience working in similar field. Microsoft, Cisco, VMware certifications highly regarded.
